Freedom of Information Law - Records Request Information
New York State’s Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law §87 et. seq.) allows members of the public to access records of governmental agencies, and may provide access to records possessed by the Red Hook Central School District.

The cost for a FOIL Request is $.25 per page or the cost of reproduction, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law. The Business Office is open during normal hours of school operation. Please contact the Office in advance to make any appointments to meet and inspect records.
